Return & Refund Policy: eDocs: eDocs, digital products, are not "returnable" or
refundable. However, if you experience a problem in
downloading or accessing your product, contact us to let us
know so we can possibly correct any problems.
All
sales are normally final, no returns or refunds except by
special arrangement. If we agree to receive your returned
item and we receive it back in excellent condition, we will
refund the purchase price. If the item was shipped with our
free shipping offer we will deduct from the refund 10% or
the actual shipping cost whichever is greater. You must
contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number if you
wish to return a product. No returns will be accepted
without a valid RA number. If your product is damaged in
shipping, do not unpack further but contact the shipper
immediately for instructions.
